Hi girls! Ready for summer? Heat included? Sure? Hmmm here are some tips through 11 sets of mine about clothes, shoes, makeup, activities, hair, food and cocktails so you can beat the heat and be hot at the same time ;) Hope you like it and don't forget to leave your opinions! :D
Olá meninas! Estão prontas para o Verão? O calor incluído? De certeza? Huuum aqui ficam algumas dicas através de 11 montagens minhas relativas a vestuário, calçado, maquilhagem, actividades, cabelo, alimentos e cocktails para que consigam enfrentar o calor e não deixar de ser quentes ;) Espero que gostem, não se esqueçam de deixar as vossas opiniões! :D
Shorts will always be a basic especially of denim! And who say they can valorize an outfit? Naaaa, nowadays there are infinite padrons, all colors and sizes, with or without aplication, lace or denim. They are no longer a piece associated only with more relaxed situations and they can be used to go almost everywhere and can be chic! Why devaluing them? :)
Os calções vão ser sempre um básico especialmente os de ganga! E quem disse que não podem valorizar um conjunto? Nanana, hoje em dia os padrões são imensos, há de todas as cores e comprimentos, com aplicações sem aplicações, renda ou ganga. Deixaram de ser uma peça associada apenas a ocasiões mais descontraídas e já se utilizam para ir a todo o lado e conseguem ser mesmo chiques! Então porquê desvaloriza-los? :)
Sunglasses and Dresses. 2 vices. The dress is the piece of cloth I like the most. They are feminine, easier to match, fresh, sensual, pratical and beside we can use them in winter it's on the summer that they spread his grace with soft tissues, bright colors and clean white, with back, shoulders or legs showing up or maxi and elegant dresses. They also have the capacity to adapt to every woman body because a lot of them can detach a part and hide another everthing of this giving us liberty!
Sometimes the sinmple large white dress is the most beautiful option, match with for example a lot of golden adornments and a tanned skin :)
Óculos de sol e vestidos. 2 vícios. Os vestidos são a peça de roupa que mais gosto. São femininos, facilitam as combinações, são frescos, sensuais, práticos e embora também se usem no Inverno é no Verão que mais espalham a sua graça com os seus tecidos leves, cores vivas e brancos límpidos, com costas, ombros e pernas à mostra, ou então compridos e elegantes. Para além disso têm a capacidade de se adaptar ao corpo da mulher porque muitos deles permitem destacar uma parte enquanto disfarçam outra tudo isto conferindo liberdade.
Muitas vezes o simples vestido branco e largo pode ser a opção mais linda de sempre, conjugada por exemplo com muito acessórios em dourado e uma bela pele bronzeada. Simplicidade também vence :)
Of course the skirts also have their qualities against the fact it's less pratical. They are too super feminine, tinny or large, pleated, pastel, neon, floral, etnic, pencil ones, you choose how to spread the magic! Even if the top is more simple, the skirt can shine by itself :)
E claro que as saias também têm todas essas qualidades com o contra de serem menos práticas. São também super femininas, justas, largas, plissadas, em pastel, em neon, padrão floral, padrão étnico, saia lápis, é só escolher e espalhar magia! Mesmo que o top que escolhemos seja mais simples, a saia pode brilhar por si só :)
How can we spend our free time? How can we face the heat hours without being all day on the sofa but taking the best of the summer with dying of boredom? At home I use to watch films, essay my musics and especially read. But its out there that I have more fun: a dive on the ocean at the beach, a walk with friends, stay at a bar, an ice-cream, games at seaside, walks at night next to the sea, shopping time, the ideas are infinite, the trick is not stand still!
Como passar o tempo livre? Como enfrentar as horas de maior calor sem estar a destilar no sofá mas aproveitar todos os pedacinhos do Verão sem derreter de tédio? Em casa costumo aproveitar para ver filmes, para ensaiar as minhas músicas e sobretudo pôr a leitura em dia. Mas na rua é que estão os melhores momentos: um mergulho na praia, um passeio com os amigos, um lanche num bar, um gelado no areal, jogos à beira mar, passeios à noite junto ao mar, idas ao shopping, as ideias são infinitas, o truque é não ficar parado!
These are the items I found essencial to be with me during my favourite season.
To the skin it's indispensable to use sunscreen to protect the skin from the risks of the sun and mantain her hydrated and far from scalds. The hair suffers too with the sun and water and to prevent of being dry I use a nutritive spray. The makeup although natural must be waterproof and it's mandatory that I have always with me my lipstick and maybe some gloss to give glow to my lips.
I usually have a fan to refresh me and a bottle of water to hydrate my body and recharge.
There are also mini deodorants, great to have in the bag and some portable fragrances and little fresh wipes to clean our facial skin from sweat.
It's to use and abuse of hats, and the straw ones are trendy, and take advantage of the protection and fashion of them.
Estes são os itens que considero essenciais para andarem sempre comigo durante a minha estação preferida.
Para a pele é indispensável o protector solar para proteger a pele dos riscos que trazem o sol e mantê-la hidratada e longe de escaldões. O cabelo também sofre com o sol e com a água do mar e para o impedir de ficar seco aplico um spray nutritivo. A maquilhagem embora leve convém ser à prova de água e é obrigatória ter sempre o meu batom do cieiro talvez com um bocadinho de gloss para dar brilho aos lábios.
Costumo também andar com um leque na mala para me refrescar e com uma garrafa de água para hidratar o corpo, matar a sede e recarregar energias.
Existem também uns desodorizantes mais pequeninos, bons para levar na mala bem como fragâncias portáteis e ainda umas toalhinhas refrescantes para a pele para nos livrarem dos brilhos e suor.
É a altura de usar e abusar dos chapéus, e os de palha estão muito na moda, e aproveitar não sou a protecção mas o seu lado mais fashion.
The less the better. The makeup should be natural, light, a feminine cared look but
without excesses. The heat helps to melt the makeup and mess the skin. The sun will end to tan the skin giving a more healthy look leaving the foundation behind.
Myself that love black eyeliner, dispense it in the summer and sometimes the only substitute is a brown or blue one. Although it is natural makeup what we want this year the bet is on strong electric makeup tones. The lipsticks come out of their comfort zones and bloom in pink, salmon and orange very tasty and eyes radiate light and color especially with the metallic blue and a palette somewhat risky but very young and happy, on yellows, pinks, oranges, greens , a real rainbow.
Quanto menos melhor. A maquilhagem quer-se natural, leve, um look feminino e cuidado mas sem excessos. O calor contribui para derreter a maquilhagem e sujar a pele. O sol vai acabar por nos bronzear a pele conferindo um aspecto muito mais saudável e que dispensa as bases. Eu própria que adoro eyeliner preto, dispenso-o no Verão e por vezes só o substituo por outor em castanho ou azul. Apesar de se querer naturalidade, este ano a maquilhagem aposta nos tons fortes e eléctricos. Os batons saem da áreas de conforto e florescem em tons rosa, salmão e laranja muito saborosos e os olhos irradiam luz e cor sobretudo com o azul metálico e uma paleta um tanto arriscada mas muito jovem e alegre, em amarelos, rosas, laranjas, verdes, um autêntico arco íris.
OH no :S And shoes? Makes sense to continue to wear boots? And tennis? I will not have too much heat and even get to develop other foot problems? The best thing is to bet on sneakers, ballerinas and the magnificent sandals. At this point to wear this type of shoes the feet must be well treated including the nails (but this should already be all year aiai). They are the option that best applies to the heat of summer and all the rides, late nights we wear and so nothing better than comfortable shoes and no heights to endure all day and all night! If you can not live without shoes with a few more inches, then in that case I advise wedge sandals like the image with colored strips, a hymn to the summer :)
OH não :S E sapatos?? Faz sentido continuar a usar botas? E ténis? Não terei demasiado calor e mesmo chegar a desenvolver outros problemas nos pés? O melhor mesmo é apostar em sapatilhas, sabrinas e nas magnificas sandálias. Nesta altura para podermos usar este tipo de sapatos os pés têm de estar cuidados e com unhas tratadas ( mas isso já deviam estar todo o ano aiai). São a opção que mais se aplica ao calor do Verão e a todos os passeios, noitadas que nos desgastam e por isso nada melhor que calçado confortável e sem alturas para aguentar todo o dia e toda a noite! Caso não consigam viver sem uns sapatinhos com uns centímetros a mais, então nesse caso aconselhe sandálias de cunha como as da imagem com tiras e coloridas, um hino ao Verão :)
To eat what tastes better are undoubtedly the salads! My favorites are the ones with grilled chicken, octopus, delicacies from the sea, shrimp (I'm addicted to shellfish!) And fruit of course! They are very quick to prepare, delicious and very fresh not leaving that heavy feeling that sometimes we get by eating too much, what happens to me more easily during the summer. To always be prepared for the next exit, always light and energic these are my food of choice to beat the heat!
Para comer o que sabe melhor são sem dúvida umas saladinhas! As minhas preferidas são as que têm frango grelhado, polvo, delicias do mar, camarões (sou viciada em marisco! ) e de fruta claro! São muito rápidas de preparar, deliciosas e muito frescas não deixando aquela sensação de peso que às vezes ficamos com uma alimentação muito pesada ou quando comemos demais, o que me acontece com mais facilidade durante o Verão. Para estar sempre preparada para a próxima saída, sempre leve e com energia estes são os meus alimentos de eleição para vencer o calor!
I am a mega fan of milkshakes and ice cream, especially in summer! Theys taste well any time ... on the terrace, on the beach, late afternoon on the balcony! And it is good that they are of fruits, nutritious and fresh at the same time. The eyes also eat and so I spend some time with the decoration of cups, straws, now that I have more time to then serve to friends and family .

Sou um mega fã de batidos e gelados, sobretudo no Verão! Sabem bem a qualquer altura...na esplanada, na praia, num fim de tarde na varanda de casa! E se é bom que sejam de frutas para serem nutritivos e frescos ao mesmo tempo, os olhos também comem e por isso passo algo tempo a ocupar-me da decoração dos copos, palhinhas, agora que tenho mais tempo para depois servir aos amigos e família.

Right now my hair is super short, with bangs to the side and scruffy and I love it! This idea that having short hair looks bad is even meaningless. I cut it a little while ago to give strength to the enemies you find in the summer and it was already too big, I had never let it grow so much. Anyway I was in need of change and this look is ideal for facing the heat. For girls with long hair I always advise them to walk accompanied by elastics and hooks for some retouching and hold the hair when it no longer stays confortable. On the other hand there are super gorgeous hairstyles as braids or caught at the top of the head that are super sweet :)
Neste momento o meu cabelo é super curto, com franja para o lado e desalinhado e eu adoro! Essa ideia de que ter cabelos curtos fica mal é mesmo sem sentido. Cortei-o há pouco tempo para lhe dar força para os inimigos que encontra no Verão e por já estar demasiado grande, nunca o tinha deixado crescer tanto. De qualquer modo estava a precisar de mudar de look e este é ideal para enfrentar o calor. Para as meninas com cabelo comprido aconselho que andem sempre acompanhadas por elásticos e ganchos para algum retoque e para prender o cabelo quando já não dá para aguentar. Por outro lado existem penteados super lindos como as tranças ou os apanhados no topo da cabeça que ficam super doces :)
Ok. Admittedly, despite all the freshness and fun of summer that can also reflect on our clothes, turns out to be a much more sloppy season. Ends up by losing a bit of glamor, elegance and luxury of the colder seasons. There is more to show, a lot of heat that make us need to get dressed with a micro piece without worrying about the details. We bet on tops and shorts but without being too ordinary. How? Adding accessories! I am completely dependent on them for every day of the year, if I went out with any I feel hollow. For girls who are not very adept of these adornments I sugest bracelets because I consider the most practical type and collections are now full of braids and blinding neons that go well with a beautiful tanned skin :)
Ok. É certo que apesar de toda a frescura e diversão do Verão que consegue espelhar-se também nas nossas roupas, acaba por ser uma época mais desleixada. Acaba-se por perder um pouco do glamour, elegância e ostentação das estações mais frias. Há mais pele à mostra, muito calor que só nos apetece levar vestida uma micro peça sem nos preocuparmos com os pormenores. Podemos apostar em tops e calções mas sem ser demasiado vulgar. Como? Acrescentando acessórios! Eu sou completamente dependente deles em todos os dias do ano, se não sair com nenhum sinto-me como oca. Para as meninas que não são muito adeptas destes adornos aconselho as pulseiras porque considero o tipo mais prático e existem agora colecções cheia de entrançados e neons ofuscantes lindos com uma pele bronzeada :)
